Step 1: Complimentary 15-minute call
Your first step is a free, no-obligation call to talk through your situation and make sure Balance My Fuel is the right fit for you. One complimentary call is available per new client. If you decide to proceed, Alice will send through a brief intake form and help you book your initial consultation.
Step 2: Initial consultation (1 hour)
This is where Alice gets to know you. You will talk through your health, goals, daily routine, and current eating habits in a relaxed, judgement-free conversation.
Step 3: Your personalised plan
Within 24 hours of your consultation, Alice will send through a personalised plan built around your life, your goals, and what is actually realistic for you.
Step 4: Follow-up check-in
At three weeks, Alice checks in to see how things are going, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed.
Step 5: Ongoing support
Alice is available by phone, email, or video for continued support as your needs evolve. You are never just left to figure it out on your own.
